Log in to the training provider’s website or student portal
Look for a “My Certifications,” “Certificates,” or “Transcript” section
Contact the CPR training organization directly
Provide your full name, course date, and any student ID or registration number
Ask your employer, school, or instructor if they keep a copy on file
Check the expiration date on your card or certificate if you already have a copy
Request a replacement card or certificate from the issuing provider
