How to Find My Saves in Dark Souls Remastered?

Steam: `C:UsersDocumentsNBGIDARK SOULS REMASTERED`

Steam Cloud save location is the same local folder above

Windows Store: `C:UsersAppDataLocalPackages`

Look for a folder named `FromSoftwareInc.DarkSoulsRemastered_*`

Inside that folder, check `SystemAppDatawgs`

On PC, saves are usually in hidden folders, so enable hidden items in File Explorer

In File Explorer, paste `%USERPROFILE%DocumentsNBGIDARK SOULS REMASTERED` into the address bar

In File Explorer, paste `%LOCALAPPDATA%Packages` into the address bar for Windows Store installs

On Steam Deck/Linux, check the Proton prefix under `steamappscompatdata570940pfx`

On Steam Deck/Linux, the save is usually under `drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/NBGI/DARK SOULS REMASTERED`

To back up saves, copy the `DS30000.sl2` file if present
