Count how many times each number appears
Identify the number with the highest frequency
If one number appears most often, that number is the mode
If two numbers appear most often with the same highest frequency, both are modes
If more than two numbers share the highest frequency, all of them are modes
If every number appears the same number of times, there is no mode
