Use a printable ring-size chart and measure the inside diameter of your ring against the chart
Measure the inside diameter of an existing ring with a ruler or calipers (mm) and match it to a size chart
Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of the ring finger, mark the overlap, and measure the length (mm)
Use the measured circumference (mm) with a ring-size chart to convert to your ring size
If you measure with string/paper, measure snugly (not tight) and repeat 2–3 times for accuracy
Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger, and avoid measuring right after cold exposure
If you’re between sizes, choose the size that feels slightly snug for comfort and security
For women’s sizing, also consider half sizes if available on the chart you’re using
If buying online, check the retailer’s size-conversion chart and return/exchange policy
