Check the bottom of the Chromebook for a label with the serial number
Open the Chromebook and look under the battery if the model has a removable battery
Press Alt + Shift + i to open the Chromebook diagnostics or system information, if available
Go to Settings
Select About ChromeOS
Look for device details or system information
Check the original box or packaging for the serial number label
Check the purchase receipt or order confirmation
Sign in to your Google Admin console if the device is managed
Visit the manufacturer’s support page and enter the device details if needed
