Select the range of cells
Go to the Data tab
Click Remove Duplicates to keep only unique values
Use the Advanced Filter option
Choose Copy to another location
Check Unique records only
Use the UNIQUE function in Excel 365 or Excel 2021
Enter =UNIQUE(range) in a blank cell
Use Conditional Formatting to highlight duplicates first if needed
Sort and manually review the list
Use PivotTables to list distinct values
