Use a soft measuring tape
Place the tape around your head about 1/8 inch above your ears and across the middle of your forehead
Keep the tape level all the way around
Make sure the tape is snug but not tight
Read the measurement in inches or centimeters
Compare your measurement to a hat size chart
If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size
Measure again for accuracy if needed
