How To Fly?

Take off into a strong, steady wind or use lift generated by a wingsuit, glider, or powered aircraft

Acquire the required training and certification for the specific type of flight (aircraft, glider, hang glider, wingsuit)

Perform a pre-flight inspection of airframe, controls, fuel/energy system, parachute (if applicable), and emergency equipment

Check weather conditions, wind direction and speed, visibility, and airspace restrictions

Verify weight and balance/loading limits and set the correct configuration for takeoff

Start/prepare the propulsion system if powered flight, or ensure launch setup is correct if unpowered

Establish correct airspeed and control inputs for lift and stability

Use coordinated control inputs to maintain attitude (pitch/roll/yaw) and prevent stalls or excessive bank

Climb to a safe altitude using appropriate power/airspeed settings and monitor instruments continuously

Navigate using approved routes, headings, and communication procedures (ATC where required)

Maintain safe separation, altitude, and speed margins; avoid turbulence and weather hazards

Plan descent early, reduce power appropriately, and configure for landing (gear/flaps/speed brakes as applicable)

Execute approach and landing with stabilized final approach parameters and go-around capability

After landing, secure the aircraft/gear, complete post-flight checks, and log the flight
