Lay the dollar bill face up and flatten it
Fold it in half lengthwise, then unfold
Fold the top left and top right corners down to the center crease
Fold the bottom left and bottom right corners up to the center crease
Fold the left and right edges inward to form a narrow kite shape
Fold the top two pointed corners down slightly to round the top of the heart
Fold the bottom point upward to create the heart’s lower indentation
Tuck and adjust the edges so the heart shape holds
Press all folds firmly to finish
