Place the letter face up on a flat surface
Fold the bottom third of the page upward
Fold the top third of the page downward over the first fold
Press along the creases to make them sharp
Insert the folded letter into the envelope with the opening side facing the envelope flap
Align the edges neatly before sealing the envelope
