Mention your father’s, mother’s, or guardian’s name if required
Fill in the details of your identity, address, date of birth, and relationship proof documents
Sign or place your thumb impression in the required section
Check all details carefully before submission
Attach self-attested copies of required supporting documents
Submit the form at the enrolment centre
Collect the acknowledgement slip after submission
Keep the enrolment number for tracking Aadhaar status
