Back up any important files from the SD card
Insert the SD card into your computer
Open Disk Management on Windows or Disk Utility on macOS
Select the SD card carefully
Delete all existing partitions on the SD card
Create a new partition
Choose FAT32 as the file system
Set the allocation unit size if prompted
Start the format process
Wait for the format to complete
Safely eject the SD card
