Wash the coriander thoroughly
Remove any yellow or damaged leaves
Dry the coriander completely
Chop it if desired
Place it in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container
Remove as much air as possible
Label the container with the date
Freeze it immediately
Use directly from frozen when needed
