Wash the jalapenos and dry them completely
Remove stems
Slice, chop, or leave them whole
Remove seeds and membranes if desired
Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet
Freeze until solid
Transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container
Remove as much air as possible
Label and date the container
Store in the freezer for up to 6 months
