Let the lasagna cool completely
Cut into portions if desired
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap
Wrap again in aluminum foil
Or place in an airtight freezer-safe container
Label with the date
Freeze flat if possible
Store in the freezer for up to 3 months
Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating
Reheat until hot in the center
