Open the Nintendo eShop on the primary Switch
Sign in with the Nintendo Account that owns the game
On the second Switch, create or use a user profile
Link the same Nintendo Account to that user profile
Set the second Switch as the primary console for that Nintendo Account if needed
Download the game from the eShop on the second Switch
If the game is already on the first Switch, it may need to be played by the account owner only
For digital games, only one console can use the same Nintendo Account at a time for online play
For local sharing, use separate user profiles and the same game license rules
For physical cartridges, insert the game card into the Switch you want to play on
For family sharing, use Nintendo Switch Online Family Membership for eligible features
Check Nintendo’s account and primary console settings if the game does not launch
