Go to the Blooks page
Select the pack that contains the Chroma you want
Earn or buy pack openings
Open the pack repeatedly until you get the Chroma
Use tokens or event rewards if the pack requires them
Check limited-time events or seasonal packs for Chroma chances
Trade with other players if trading is available
Keep opening packs, since Chromas are very rare
