How to Get a Cutlist from Fusion 360?

Open your design in Fusion 360

Go to the Design workspace

Use the Manufacture workspace if you need a machining-oriented cut list

Use the Sheet Metal workspace if your model is sheet metal

Create separate components for each part you want listed

Name each component clearly

Make sure bodies are converted to components if needed

Right-click the top-level component or the relevant components

Choose Properties to check material and physical data

Use the BOM if your design is an assembly

Open the Data Panel if you need to manage multiple files

Use the Drawing workspace to create a parts list

Insert a parts list into the drawing from the assembly

Export the drawing as PDF or CSV if available

Use the Manufacture workspace to generate a setup sheet or toolpath summary

Use add-ins or scripts for a dedicated cut list

Search the Fusion 360 App Store for cut list or BOM add-ins

Export the model to a format that supports external cut list generation if needed

Use the browser tree to verify all parts are separate and properly named

Check that each part has the correct dimensions and material assigned
