Submit a support request
Select the appropriate issue category
Include your username, purchase date, item name, and transaction ID if available
Explain that you are requesting a refund
Wait for Roblox Support to review your request
Check your email for a response
If the purchase was made through Apple, Google Play, Microsoft, PlayStation, or another platform, request the refund through that platform instead
If the purchase was unauthorized, report it to Roblox Support immediately
If the purchase was made by a child, contact Roblox Support and the payment provider as needed
