Tap Help
Choose the issue that best matches your problem
Select the refund or fare adjustment option if available
Follow the prompts to submit your request
Add any required details or evidence
Submit the request
Check your email or app notifications for Uber’s response
If needed, contact Uber Support through the app again to follow up
