Go to Steam Support
Select the game or product you want to refund
Choose the reason for the refund request
Select “I’d like to request a refund”
Confirm the refund method
Submit the request
Wait for Steam’s response
Make sure the purchase is within Steam’s refund policy limits
Check that the request is made within 14 days of purchase
Check that the game has been played less than 2 hours
If approved, wait for the refund to be processed to your original payment method or Steam Wallet
