Open Gmail
Use the search bar to find the archived email
Search by sender, subject, keyword, or date
Click More in the left menu
Select All Mail
Find the archived message in All Mail
Open the email
Click Move to Inbox to unarchive it
On mobile, tap the menu icon
Select All Mail
Search or scroll to the archived email
Open it
Tap the three-dot menu
Choose Move to Inbox
