Complete the Augur Reach questline in Starfield
Travel to the Augur Reach location when it becomes available
Defeat any enemies guarding the area
Loot Augur Reach from the designated container or reward cache
Check your quest rewards if it is granted at mission completion
Visit vendors or faction reward sources if you missed it during the quest
Reload an earlier save if the item was not obtained and the quest is still available
