Open the Notes app
Tap Folders
Check the Recently Deleted folder
Open the note
Tap Move
Choose a folder to restore it to
If the note is not in Recently Deleted, check your other email accounts
Open Settings
Tap Mail
Tap Accounts
Check notes synced with iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook
Go to iCloud.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Open Notes
Check for the deleted note
Restore from an iPhone backup
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
Tap Erase All Content and Settings
Set up the iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup
Restore from a Mac or PC backup
Connect iPhone to the computer
Open Finder or iTunes
Select your iPhone
Choose Restore Backup
Check the Notes app on another Apple device
Open Notes on iPad or Mac
Look for the missing note
Contact Apple Support if the note is still missing
