Rinse the stain immediately with cold water

For dried blood, soak the fabric in cold water for 30 to 60 minutes
Apply hydrogen peroxide to light-colored fabrics
Test hydrogen peroxide on a hidden area first
Use a paste of baking soda and cold water for stubborn stains
Gently scrub with a soft brush or cloth
Wash the clothing in cold water
Check the stain before drying
Air-dry the clothing until the stain is gone
Repeat treatment if the stain remains
Avoid hot water and heat drying until the stain is fully removed
