Keep your BSNL mobile number active and the SIM in working condition
Visit the official BSNL website or your nearest BSNL customer service center page for eSIM request options
Log in with your BSNL mobile number and OTP if online request is available in your circle
Submit the eSIM conversion request
Verify your identity using OTP or KYC details if asked
Confirm the device IMEI and eSIM-compatible model details if required
Receive the QR code for eSIM activation by email, SMS, or at the BSNL office
Open your phone settings and choose Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan
Scan the QR code provided by BSNL
Follow the on-screen activation steps
Wait for the eSIM profile to download and activate
Restart your phone if required
Test calling, SMS, and mobile data after activation
