Craft stone bricks if needed
Use a stonecutter for stone brick variants
Gather sand and gravel for concrete powder
Craft concrete powder with dye
Place concrete powder next to water or drop it into water
Let the powder harden into concrete
Break the concrete with a pickaxe to collect it
Use Silk Touch if you want to preserve the block directly
