Use the Move to iOS app during iPhone setup
On Android, install Move to iOS from Google Play
On iPhone, choose Move Data from Android
Connect both phones to the same Wi-Fi or use the code shown on iPhone
Select Contacts on the Android phone
Wait for the transfer to finish
Finish iPhone setup
If already set up, sync Android contacts to Google first
On iPhone, add the same Google account in Settings
Turn on Contacts sync for that Google account
Open the Contacts app and verify the contacts
Export contacts from Android as a VCF file
Send the VCF file to the iPhone by email, AirDrop alternative, or cloud storage
Open the VCF file on iPhone and import the contacts
Use a SIM card only if contacts are stored on the SIM and the iPhone supports importing them
Check that contacts are saved to the phone or Google account after transfer
