Log in using your registered mobile number, email ID, patient ID, or reference number
Go to the section labeled Reports, Test Results, or Lab Reports
Enter the required details such as OTP, date of birth, or test booking ID
Open the COVID test report from the results list
Download the report in PDF format
Save or print the report for future use
If the report is not available online, contact the testing center or customer support
Check your email or SMS for a direct report link if one was sent after testing
