File an application for a reprint/duplicate PAN card through NSDL/Protean or UTIITSL
Visit the official PAN service portal
Select the option for reprint of PAN card or correction in PAN data
Enter your PAN number and required personal details
Verify identity using Aadhaar, OTP, or other accepted method
Submit the application form online
Upload required documents if asked
Pay the applicable fee
Download and save the acknowledgment number
Track the application status online
Receive the duplicate PAN card at your registered address
If your PAN details are lost, use the e-PAN download option from the official portal
