Make sure your Airtel SIM is active
Connect your phone to Wi-Fi
Open the dialer and send an SMS to 121 with the text eSIM from your Airtel number
Wait for Airtel’s confirmation SMS
Reply with your registered email ID if asked
Open the email from Airtel and scan the QR code on your phone
Follow the on-screen steps to download and activate the eSIM profile
Restart your phone if required
Contact Airtel customer care or visit an Airtel store if you do not receive the QR code
