Find a horse in a Plains, Savanna, or Meadow biome
Approach the horse with an empty hand
Right-click or use the interact button to mount the horse
Keep mounting until hearts appear and the horse stops bucking you off
Feed the horse wheat, sugar, apples, golden apples, golden carrots, hay bales, or other taming foods to speed up taming
Once tamed, open the horse’s inventory while mounted
Place a saddle in the saddle slot
Equip horse armor if desired
Use the horse to ride around
If you want more horses, breed two tamed horses with golden apples or golden carrots
