Flip the Ring/Silent switch on the left side of the iPhone toward the screen so orange is not showing
Open Control Center and turn off Silent Mode if the bell icon is enabled
Go to Settings
Tap Sounds & Haptics
Turn off Silent Mode if available on your model
Increase the Ringer and Alerts volume
Check Focus modes and turn them off if they are muting calls and alerts
Restart the iPhone if it still stays silent
