Reach the Korok Forest
Complete the questline involving the Deku Tree if needed
Find the Light Dragon
Collect enough stamina to pull the Master Sword
Approach the Master Sword on the Light Dragon
Press and hold the interact button to pull it from the dragon
If you do not have enough stamina, increase your stamina and try again
