Open Settings
Tap Personal Hotspot
Turn on Allow Others to Join
If you do not see Personal Hotspot, tap Cellular
Turn on Cellular Data
Go back to Personal Hotspot
Set a Wi-Fi password
Connect your other device to the iPhone hotspot using the Wi-Fi name and password
If needed, contact your carrier to confirm hotspot support on your plan
