Apply for a new PAN card or request a reprint of an existing PAN card through the NSDL/Protean or UTIITSL portal
Visit the official PAN service website
Select the option for PAN card reprint, correction, or new PAN application
Fill in the required personal details
Upload the required documents
Pay the applicable fee
Submit the application
Note the acknowledgment number
Track the application status online
Download the e-PAN if available
Receive the physical PAN card by post at the registered address
If your PAN is lost, file a police complaint if needed and apply for a duplicate/reprint
If you do not have a PAN, apply for a fresh PAN using Form 49A or the applicable form
Keep your Aadhaar, identity proof, address proof, and date of birth proof ready
Ensure your mobile number and email ID are active for OTP verification
