Find them as loot in cave structures and chests
Mine or break pearl-bearing blocks if present in the cave biome
Defeat cave mobs that drop pearls
Fish in underground water areas if the mod’s loot tables allow it
Trade with relevant NPCs or villagers if enabled by the modpack
Check mod-specific loot sources in Alex’s Caves progression or config settings
