Provide the invoice number or order ID
Mention the reason for the refund request
Check whether your plan is eligible under their refund policy
Request cancellation of the service if needed
Wait for support to confirm approval or denial
If approved, follow any instructions they provide to complete the refund process
Monitor your original payment method for the refund to appear
