Press Ctrl+Shift+8 to show paragraph marks
Select the blank page content
Press Backspace or Delete
Delete extra paragraph marks on the previous page
Remove any page break
Remove any section break
Check for a table at the end of the document
Reduce the font size of the final paragraph to 1
Set the final paragraph spacing to 0
Use the Navigation Pane to locate the blank page
Save the document and reopen it
