Open Instagram and log in to the account you want to remove
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Open Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Personal details
Tap Account ownership and control
Tap Deactivation or deletion
Select the Instagram account you want to get rid of
Choose Deactivate account or Delete account
Follow the prompts to confirm
Enter your password if required
Submit the request
Log out of the account if you are done using it
Remove the account from the Instagram app login screen if needed
Repeat the steps for each Instagram account you want to remove
