Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter the Screen Time passcode
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
To remove all Screen Time limits, tap Turn Off Screen Time
Enter the Screen Time passcode again
If the iPhone is managed by a school or employer, contact the administrator
If you forgot the Screen Time passcode, use Apple’s Screen Time passcode recovery options
If restrictions are from Family Sharing, ask the family organizer to change them
