Restart your phone
Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart if available
If no Restart option appears, power off the phone
Wait 30 seconds
Turn the phone back on
Make sure the Volume Down button is not stuck
Remove any case that may be pressing buttons
Check all physical buttons for damage or debris
Uninstall recently installed apps
Clear the cache of suspicious apps
Remove the battery if your device has a removable battery
Reinsert the battery and turn the phone on
Check for system updates
Backup your data
Perform a factory reset if Safe Mode still remains
Contact the device manufacturer or carrier if the issue continues
