Let the boots dry completely
Brush off loose salt with a soft suede brush
Mix equal parts white vinegar and water
Dampen a clean cloth with the solution
Gently blot the salt stains
Wipe the area with a cloth dampened with plain water
Stuff the boots with paper towels to help them keep shape
Let the boots air-dry away from direct heat
Brush the suede again once dry
Repeat if needed
Apply a suede protector after cleaning
