Wash the area with warm water and soap
Rub gently with a washcloth
Apply baby oil, coconut oil, or olive oil
Use rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer on a cotton ball
Wipe with makeup remover or micellar water
Try a paste of baking soda and water
Use a little toothpaste and rub gently
Rinse well and moisturize afterward
Repeat as needed until the ink fades
