Go to the Goblin Camp in Act 1
Find the Owlbear Cave north of the Blighted Village
Enter the cave and encounter the Owlbear and its cub
Leave the cub alive during the encounter
Later, visit the Goblin Camp and find the cub there
Play the chicken chase game with Krolla
Win or complete the game to progress the cub event
Speak to the cub and let it stay alive
Long rest and return until the goblins kill the mother
The cub will eventually appear at your camp
Feed it and continue resting until it fully joins your camp
If the cub does not appear, keep long resting and revisiting the Goblin Camp and camp events
