Select the pose or move customization section
Check the available endgame or special move options
Look for Queen’s Move in the list of unlocked moves
Complete the required story chapter, event, or achievement if it is locked
Earn or purchase any needed currency, item, or pass tied to the move
Claim the move from rewards, mail, shop, or event exchange if applicable
Equip Queen’s Move from your owned moves list
If it is not visible, update the game and restart it
If it still does not appear, check the current event or server availability
