Meet the eligibility requirements
Be at least 18 years old
Have a high school diploma or its equivalent
Complete the required pre-licensing course
Finish 63 hours of Florida sales associate pre-licensing education
Pass the course final exam
Submit your license application to the Florida DBPR
Pay the application fee
Complete a fingerprint background check
Receive your application approval and authorization to test
Schedule and pass the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Exam
Pass the exam with the required score
Activate your license with a sponsoring Florida real estate broker
Complete post-licensing education after receiving your license
Renew your license on time and complete continuing education requirements
