Rub cooking oil, olive oil, or baby oil onto the sap
Let the oil sit for a minute
Wipe off the softened sap with a paper towel or cloth
Wash hands with warm water and dish soap
Use a pumice soap or hand cleaner if needed
Scrub gently with a soft brush or washcloth
Repeat if sap remains
Use rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer on stubborn residue
Rinse and moisturize hands after cleaning
