Visit the EPFO Unified Portal
Log in using your UAN and password
Go to the “View” menu
Select “UAN Card”
Download the UAN card in PDF format
Print the downloaded UAN card if needed
If you do not know your UAN, check with your employer or EPFO member portal
Ensure your mobile number is linked and Aadhaar is verified if required for login access
