Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen steps to verify your identity
Use your trusted phone number or trusted device if prompted
Check your email for a password reset message from Apple
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name
Tap Password & Security
Tap Change Password
Enter your device passcode if required
Create a new Apple ID password
Sign in again with the new password on your Apple devices
If you cannot reset it, contact Apple Support
